Festivals typically involves endless delicacies and beverages. Festivals
are the time to celebrate generosity. Festivals are incomplete without sweets,
eating junk foods, drinking sugary drinks, fried snacks etc. During festivals
people tend to overeat and fall off the track from fit to fat, leading to
weight gain and other health issues. It is important to keep a track on what
